Calming signs VOF cares about your privacy. The introduction of the AVG on 25 May 2018 has tightened the rules for data processing. When other parties are involved in data processing, we have opted for companies that are bringing their data into Europe. We only process data that we need for ( improving) Our services and carefully deal with the information we have collected about you and your use of our services. We never make your information available to third parties for commercial purposes.

Google Analitics We use only to improve the use on our website. We do not follow you outside our website. Maybe strange, but besides having a company we are also just consumer and have a bloody dislike for the so-called tracking cookies of mostly Facebook and Google, which allows you to see certain advertisements from companies that pay for months For your preferences. Use a browser and/or search engine that can disable tracking. Fire Fox and Safari as a browser and DuckDuckGo as a search engine are examples of this.

About the data processing

Below you can read how we process your data, where we store it, Welkebeveiligingstechnieken we use and for whom the data is transparent.


Our website has been developed with software from WordPress, we have opted for our webhosting for Antagonist. Personal data that you make available to us for our services is shared with this party. Antagonist has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Antagonist is obliged to take appropriate security measures on the basis of the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures include the APPLICATION of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Back-ups are regularly made to prevent data loss.


Our webshop has been developed with the plugin of WooCommerce, we host our webshop on a server in its own Management. We have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of data as far as possible. In any case, these security measures consist of the APPLICATION of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Back-ups are regularly made to prevent data loss.


We take web hosting and e-mail services off of Antagonist. Antagonist processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Antagonist has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data . Antagonist is required under the agreement to secrecy.

E-mail and Mailing lists

We send our e-mail newsletters with LaPosta. LaPosta will never use your name and email address for your own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent via our website, you will see the unsubscribe link. You will not receive our newsletter anymore. Your personal data is stored securely By Laposta. LaPosta uses cookies and other Internet technologies that make it transparent or open and read e-mails. LaPosta reserves the right to use your data for the further improvement of the services and to share information with third parties in this context.


We make use of the services of Antagonist for our regular business mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Antagonist does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

Payment Processors

To deal with (part of) the payments in our webshop we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties. All of the above-mentioned safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the components of Mollie’s services for which they enable third parties. Mollie does not retain your data for longer than is permitted under the statutory deadlines.


We collect reviews from our webshop.

Data on the use of our site and the feedback we receive from our visitors help us to further develop and improve our site.

Shipping and Logistics

If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your parcel delivered to you. We use the SERVICES of DHL to carry out the deliveries.
